Nintendo Switch OLED HDMI Port Repair
Mail-in · Locked $149.99 · 14-day turnaround · 90-day warranty
The Nintendo Switch OLED and the refreshed V2 Switch both use a docked HDMI-out path that runs through the dock board first, then back into the Switch itself. If your Switch works fine when undocked but loses signal the moment you dock it — or shows scrambled video with a known-good dock — the issue is most often the dock's HDMI port or the Switch's internal USB-C / docking port. We diagnose and repair both: dock HDMI board swap, or if the damage is into the Switch itself, we can do a board-level repair. Same flat $149.99 for the OLED or the V2. 14-day turnaround, 90-day warranty.

If any of these match your symptoms, you're in the right place.

- Scrambled / flickering video only when docked
- Cracked or pushed-in dock HDMI port
- Switch doesn't recognize the dock (no charge, no signal)

Nintendo Switch OLED HDMI Repair — Common Questions
Do you repair the Switch itself or just the dock?
Both. We can swap the dock's HDMI daughter-board (most common — cheapest, fastest fix), or if the issue is the Switch's internal docking connector, we do board-level repair.
Will my Switch games and saves survive?
Yes — your saves live on the Switch's storage or Nintendo's cloud. We don't touch your game library during a port repair.
How long does Switch dock HDMI repair take?
14 days standard. The dock board swap is a quick bench job — most of the 14 days is in transit.
What if my Switch OLED screen itself is broken?
We focus on HDMI / charging port / docking port repairs. If you have a separate screen or battery issue, we'd route you to a screen-repair specialist — we won't take it on and pretend we can fix it.
What about the original 2017 Switch (the first model)?
We don't stock parts for the original HAC-001 model — the OLED and the V2 (HAC-001-01) are the two we support.
