How to send your device

Your prepaid HDMIPorts label is a USPS label. Drop the box at any USPS Post Office, schedule a free USPS Package Pickup, or hand it to your mail carrier. UPS, FedEx and other shipping stores can't accept it.

Tips for a smooth drop-off

Already boxed it?

Hand it to the counter at any USPS Post Office, or schedule a free USPS Package Pickup and leave it out for your carrier. No fee — the label is prepaid.

Pack it well

Wrap the device in bubble wrap and use a sturdy box; double-boxing is safest. Tape the printed label flat on the top.

Use only the label we sent

It's addressed to our repair hub. Don't use any other label (including the return label we ship your device back with).

Tracking starts automatically

Once USPS scans the label, tracking goes live. We'll email you when it arrives at our shop.
