Common questions

I lost my order reference. What now?

Check your email β€” we send a receipt with the reference number every time. Search your inbox for "HDMIPorts" or "TDR Repair". If you still can't find it, hit the chat bubble with the email you used at booking and we'll look it up.

How long does each step take?

Label < 1 min after payment. In transit 1-3 days depending on your distance to FL. Diagnosis 1-2 business days. Repair 1-2 business days. Return shipping 1-3 days. Total: 14 business days from when we receive your device.

Why is my status "diagnosed" and I haven't gotten the device back?

If you chose "pay shipping only", we wait for your balance payment before starting the actual repair. Look for the green "Pay balance" banner at the top of your order page.

It's been 14+ days, what now?

Email us with your order reference. We track every shipment, so we can tell you exactly where it is. If it's lost, insurance covers a full repair or refund.
