Print your shipping label (within 1 minute of payment)
The moment you pay, we buy a shipping label from USPS / UPS / FedEx and email it to you. Open the PDF, print it on regular paper, tape it to your box.
What you need: a box (we recommend double-boxing for safety), bubble wrap or padding, your printed label, and 5 minutes.

We receive, diagnose, repair, ship back
Day 0: You ship the box.
Day 1-3: Box arrives at our Port Orange, FL shop. We open it, document the device, photograph the port damage.
Day 3-4: We diagnose (if you chose pay-shipping, we email you the final quote here). You approve and pay the remaining $120.99.
Day 4-12: Repair on the bench. We desolder the broken port, clean the pads, solder in a new OEM-spec port, test for signal integrity.
Day 12-14: Box it back up, ship it to you with tracking. You get an email with the tracking number.
Day 14+: You receive it, plug it in, it works. 90-day warranty starts.

What if something goes wrong?
Box gets lost in transit
Shipping label includes insurance. We file the claim, refund you 100%, or send a replacement if you have one. You never lose money.
Box arrives damaged
Insurance covers it. We document with photos, file the claim, and either repair what we can or refund you.
It's not actually the HDMI port
If the issue turns out to be something else (power supply, disc drive, etc.), we email you with the actual diagnosis + options: full refund, partial refund + fix the real issue, or return device unrepaired.
Damage is beyond repair
Water damage, severe board damage. We refund you the full $149.99 (or the $29 label cost if you chose pay-shipping) and ship the device back to you free.
Port fails inside warranty
Free re-repair. Ship it back, we fix it, ship it back. 90 days from delivery.
You change your mind
Email us within 24 hours of payment. Full refund minus Stripe processing fee (~$3) if you haven't shipped the device yet.
