Xbox Series S HDMI Port Repair
Mail-in · Locked $149.99 · 14-day turnaround · 90-day warranty
Xbox Series consoles (the X and the S) are among our most-requested repairs. Microsoft moved the HDMI port back onto the main motherboard for the Series generation, and the connector is the same hot-swappable board-mount type we replace hundreds of times per year. If your Series X or S shows 'no signal,' snowy video, or a cracked connector, we replace it for the same flat $149.99 — and both the digital-only Series S and the disc-drive Series X are the same price. 14-day turnaround, 90-day warranty.

Xbox Series S HDMI Repair — Common Questions
Is Xbox Series HDMI repair different from Xbox One?
Yes — the Series port is on the main board and is a much higher-quality connector. The repair procedure is faster and more reliable than the older Xbox One HDMI issue that was caused by Microsoft-specific design problems. We replace with a name-brand board-mount HDMI 2.1 connector rated for the full 4K 120Hz bandwidth.
How long does Xbox Series HDMI repair take?
14 days total — 3 days in transit to us, 7 days bench, 4 days back. We stock Series X and S HDMI ports in-house, so there's no parts wait.
Will I lose my Xbox game installs and saves?
No — your game library lives on your Xbox account and saves sync to the cloud (or your internal SSD). The repair is purely a physical port swap; we don't touch your storage.
What if the HDMI port broke inside the connector?
That's the most common failure mode and exactly what we fix daily. We pull the broken remnant, clean the pads, install a new OEM-spec port, and retest every pin.
Do you repair both Series X and Series S?
Yes, both. Same connector, same repair, same price.
What if my Series has additional board damage?
If we find additional board damage on intake (lifted pads, cracked vias), we add a $49 board-level repair fee and contact you for approval before starting.
