We purchase shipping labels from third-party carriers and use authorized drop-off points to get your device to our repair facility in Port Orange, FL and back to you.

- United Parcel Service (UPS), The UPS Store, or any UPS Customer Center
- FedEx Corporation, FedEx Office, FedEx Express, or FedEx Ground
- United States Postal Service (USPS) or any USPS Post Office
- Pak Mail, Pak-N-Ship, PostalAnnex, Postal Connections, AIM Mail Centers, or any other independent shipping-store franchise
- Staples, Office Depot, Walgreens, CVS, or any retailer that acts as a drop-off point
- DHL, LaserShip, OnTrac, or any other last-mile or freight carrier

Carrier services, drop-off services, packing services, and any disputes about lost, damaged, or delayed shipments are
handled between you and the carrier — not HDMIPorts. We recommend you keep your tracking receipt and photograph the
package before drop-off.
